Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisted physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiography, angioplasty (PCI), stent placement, pacemaker implantation, and peripheral vascular interventions.
- Prepared the cardiac catheterization laboratory by setting up sterile instruments, catheters, imaging equipment, and ensuring all equipment was calibrated and functioning properly.
- Operated fluoroscopy, digital imaging, and hemodynamic monitoring systems to provide accurate real-time imaging and patient data during procedures.
- Monitored patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters throughout procedures, promptly identifying and reporting any abnormalities.
Skills:
- Experience with manifold system is a must to work and Scrub assist, table-side.
License and certification:
- NJ State Radiologic license.
- RCIS certification required.
- BLS /ACLS – AHA.
Note: Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.
