Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities.
- Conduct skill acquisition assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior treatment plans.
- Supervise ABA therapists, provide direct intervention when needed, and monitor treatment progress through data-driven documentation.
- Provide parent/caregiver and therapist training and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers, including SLPs, OTs, pediatricians, and psychologists.
- Participate in program development, staff training, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree required.
- Current BCBA certification/licensure required.
- Basic Excel skills required.
Preferences:
- Minimum 1 year of direct ABA experience with children with autism; 5 years preferred.
- Experience supervising ABA therapists and collaborating with families and clinical/educational teams preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital/health system preferred.
