CT Technologist

Job Description

Duties:

• Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors, analyzer body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors, position the body correctly, review physicians orders, obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs and reduce unnecessary radiation to patients and self.
• Assists physicians during procedures, including room preparation, supplies, contrast reactions and codes.
• Ability to schedule and complete exams and enter correct charge codes.

Schedule Notes:

• Shift Time: Preferably either Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm, (would be of great benefit it they are flexible and provide Thursday’s shift coverage from noon to 8 PM) , open for discussion on a variance of these shifts.
• Day Shift.
