Job Description
Job Summary:
- Under general supervision, the CT Technologist performs computerized tomography (CT) procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
- The technologist may also perform general diagnostic radiology examinations and is responsible for ensuring patient safety, following imaging protocols, and performing related duties as assigned.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Must maintain the required hours of continued education.
Required Certification & Licensure:
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible.
- Healthcare Provider certification required. (BLS).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience.
Equipment/ Technology: Client imaging systems, OEC C-Arms, and Carestream Portable X-ray units.
Interview Process: 15-minute phone interview with the hiring team.
