Job Description

Summary:

  • Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, ensuring high‑quality breast imaging and patient care in an outpatient imaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams following established imaging protocols.
  • Prepare and position patients, operate mammography equipment, and ensure image quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with radiologists and imaging teams as needed.

Certification/License:

  • Active California Mammography License.
  • ARRT (M) certification & BLS.

Experience:

  • 200+ mammography studies – Last 2 years.
  • 15 CEUs (Contrast-enhanced ultrasound) in breast imaging – Last 3 years.
  • Screening/diagnostic mammography.
  • Stereotactic and needle localization experience preferred.
  • Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, ensuring high‑quality breast imaging and patient care in an outpatient imaging environment.
