Job Description

Summary

  • Performs advanced MRI procedures on patients of all age groups in a high-volume acute care setting.
  • Must be experienced with complex cases including pediatric, ICU, and implant/device imaging.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required.
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • Must be registered in MRI with ARRT or ARMRIT.
  • Experience with EPIC system required.
  • Prior client/hospital experience required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience with:Anesthesia cases.
  • Pediatric sedations.
  • Ventilator/ICU patients.
  • General pediatric (non-sedated) patients.
  • Strong knowledge of:MRI safety protocols.
  • Scanning conditional implants (pacemakers, ICDs, stimulators, etc.).
  • SAR and/or B1+RMS parameter adjustments.
  • Experience in Level 2 Trauma / acute care settings.

Work Environment

  • Department with 3 MRI scanners:3T and 1.5T wide bore scanners.
  • Handles all age groups (infants to geriatrics).
  • Daily imaging of MR-conditional implants.
  • High-volume, acute care facility.
