Specialty: Maternal Fetal Medicine
Scrubs: Any solid color (no inappropriate prints)

Requirements:

• BLS (AHA Only)
• ARDMS Certification
• ARDMS OB/GYN (OB) required
• Fetal Echo (FE) preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of MFM ultrasound experience

Job Summary:

• The Ultrasound Technologist performs routine and complex OB/GYN ultrasound imaging procedures in a Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic under the supervision of a Radiologist and MFM specialist physician.
• The role involves obtaining high-quality diagnostic images to assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of pregnancy-related conditions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MFM ultrasound examinations following established protocols.
• Explain procedures clearly and ensure patient comfort during exams.
• Prepare and position patients and adjust ultrasound equipment as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Maintain equipment and ensure imaging systems function optimally.
• Verify patient history, documentation, and imaging records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care and outcomes.

• Strong experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound.
• Ability to perform exams independently and efficiently.
• Excellent patient communication and care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
