Job Summary

• The Pharmacist supports inpatient pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate medication verification, clinical support, and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform order verification using Epic.
• Conduct final product verification checks.
• Provide clinical drug information.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians.
• Participate in Code Blue/emergency response.
• Support oncology infusion and outpatient dispensing.

Requirements

• Active WA Pharmacist License.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 standards.
• Familiarity with Epic and/or Pyxis.

Must-Have

• Active WA Pharmacist License.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Experience with order verification.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800.

Nice-to-Have

• Oncology/infusion experience.
• Experience with Epic & Pyxis.
• Emergency response (Code Blue) experience.
