Job Description

Required Education:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification.

Required Skills & Experience:

• One (1) year of LMSW experience.

Languages:

• English (Speak, Read, Write).

Note:

• Conducts psychosocial assessments and supportive therapy as well as discharge planning that includes making referrals.
• This line is inpatient medicine/surgery.
