Medical Laboratory Scientist

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform high-quality diagnostic testing in the Core Lab.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate test results, maintain equipment, and support patient care through laboratory services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Conduct quality control procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
• Communicate relevant lab information to the patient care team as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology.
• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science / medical technology.
• Previous clinical lab experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
