Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Job Description

Job Summary:

• Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements treatment programs and organizes and conducts a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational and social activities designed to help clients Product physical or mental functioning and/or adjust to their handicaps.
• Performs other related duties as required in a home care setting.

Required Education:

• Four (4) year baccalaureate degree program accredited by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Required Certification & Licensure:

• Registration by the State of Michigan as an occupational therapist.
• Must possess a current State of Michigan driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• BLS.

Required Skills & Experience:

• One (1) year of clinical experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
