Registered Respiratory Therapist (Travel)

Job Description

Float Requirements:

• As RRT.
• Some NICU/PICU.
• Acute care pediatrics and ED required.
• Adult acute and critical care.

Certifications Required:

• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• NRP for NICU.
• RRT required.

Unit Information:

Number of Beds:

• Varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT.

Patient Ratios:

• Acute 1:25.
• Critical 1:8.

Equipment:

• Vents: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm.

EMR:

• EPIC.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Tertiary, teaching hospital experience, level 1 trauma.

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

• NICU/PICU Cardiothoracic.

Type of Patients on Unit:

• Varied.

Personality Fit:
