Job Description
Essential Duties:
- Provides assessment, treatment and education in the areas of independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics.
- Evaluates patients, schedules and establishes appropriate treatment goals, along with anticipated outcomes, and delivers skilled physical assessments and treatments effectively.
- Delegates/supervises effectively within Product of authority to students, assistants and technicians.
- Reassesses patient’s progress, revises treatment plan and modifies goals when appropriate.
- Promotes mission, vision, and values of Client, and abides by service behavior standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.
