Job Description
Required Education:
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field approved by the American Dietetic
Association (ADA). - Experience Completed a CADE-accredited supervised practice program at a healthcare facility, community agency, or a foodservice corporation, or combined with undergraduate or graduate studies.
Typically, a practice program will run six to twelve months in length.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Technical Skills Computer proficient.
- License/Certification Valid registration as a Registered Dietician from the ADA. Current License by State of Nevada as Dietitian.
- Specialty certification (CDE, CNSD, CSP, CDR) may be required for a specialty position.
- Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service
appropriate to the age of the patient.
