Job Description

Duties: Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Skills: Two years of experience

Schedule Notes: Please see the shift time, hours per week/day on the request and ensure your worker will be able to commit to the schedule provided by the facility. 1-hour lunch is mandatory
