Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a member of an interdisciplinary team provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.
- Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
- Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
- Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
Requirements:
- PT license/state license required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an A.P.T.A. accredited school – Required.
- Master’s degree from an A.P.T.A. accredited school – Highly desired.
- BLS – Required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written – Required.
- 2 Years PT Experience – Required.
- Must live 50 miles away.
