Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a member of an interdisciplinary team provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.
• Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
• Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
• Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.

Requirements:

• PT license/state license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an A.P.T.A. accredited school – Required.
• Master’s degree from an A.P.T.A. accredited school – Highly desired.
• BLS – Required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written – Required.
• 2 Years PT Experience – Required.
• Must live 50 miles away.
