Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensure imaging quality while minimizing patient exposure to radiation.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families using AIDET principles.
• Accurately document imaging records and patient information.
• Maintain and prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow safety, infection control, and radiation protection standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support patient care.

Certification Requirements:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Education: Relevant degree in Radiologic Technology
• Experience: Previous hospital or ambulatory imaging experience preferred
