Job Summary:

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• The concepts of patient centered care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
• Always demonstrates service excellence.
• Typical surgeries include cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgeries such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts, Valve replacement, Carotid Endartectomy, Aortic Abdominal Aneurysm repair, etc are seen in the CVOR.
• Would consider an OR nurse with 1 year experience both scrubbing and circulating.
• 2 years CVOR experience required.
