Job Description

Job Summary:

  • As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
  • Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
  • Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.

Required:

  • Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school – Required
  • Master’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school – Highly desired
  • BLS – Required
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written – Required
  • OT Experience – Required: 2 Years
  • OT License – Required
  • ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education: Degree from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required, Master’s highly desired).
