Job Description
Job Summary:
- As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
- Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
- Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
Required:
- Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school – Required
- Master’s degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school – Highly desired
- BLS – Required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written – Required
- OT Experience – Required: 2 Years
- OT License – Required
- ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education: Degree from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required, Master’s highly desired).
Skills Required: THERAPY
