Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Requirements:

• High School graduate with experience in pharmacy and familiarity with drug usage, or completion of a hospital-based training program leading to certification as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must be certified through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board with the CPHT certification and licensed through the RI Board of Pharmacy as a Technician II.
• Sterile compounding IV experience preferred
• Must be available every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Must have experience in working with computers, possess good interpersonal skills, and be proficient in the English language.
• CPHT (Certified Pharmacy Technician).
• License/Certificate Verification – RI State.
• Flu Shot.
• 2 Professional References.
• Work Attestation.
