Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CVOR) to join the cardiovascular operating room team in Los Angeles, CA.
• The Surgical Technologist will assist the surgical team in complex cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety, sterile technique, and efficiency in the operating room.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room and surgical instruments for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons and RNs during open-heart and vascular surgeries.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of sterile supplies and equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain accurate counts of sponges, instruments, and supplies.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
• Requirements:
• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Minimum 2 years CVOR experience required.
• BLS certification (AHA).
