Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

Pay Range: $28 – $37.10 per hour

Sign-On Bonus Up to $7,500 

Shift: Day Shift – 40 hours per week (Rotating weekend coverage)

• We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian responsible for supporting the nutritional health and well-being of patients and residents.
• The candidate will collaborate with the medical staff and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans that promote the best outcomes for patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and identify residents at risk for malnutrition
• Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams (NFPE)
• Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide nutrition education to patients, residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics required
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Registration Eligible required
• Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist in NYS preferred
• 1+ year acute care or long-term care experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare, Meditech, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
