Job Description

Position Overview:

• The Pharmacy Operations Technician is responsible for coordinating care between members, pharmacies and providers to improve medication adherence for chronic medications and address access to care issues.
• Conduct telephonic outreach to members, pharmacies and/or providers to assist in care coordination.

Required Certification & Experience:

• PTCB or ExCPT Pharmacy Technician Certification, required
• Two years’ experience as a pharmacy technician in the retail pharmacy setting, preferred

Schedule Hours Per Week: 40.00
Schedule Hours Per Day: 8.00
Schedule Days Per Week: 5.00
