Job Description

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required.
• LMSW must have hospital experience.
• Will be working in the Adult Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (Psych ED).
• Will provide discharge planning to all patients being treated and released after evaluation.
• Will provide consultation/input during the triage/evaluation process for patients presenting with complex needs and circumstances.
• Hospital experience required- will provide discharge planning and consultation/input during the triage/evaluation process.

Schedule Notes:

• Schedule is rotating shifts any day of the week between 8am – 10pm.
• Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Weekends are required and will be required to work 5 days per week.
• Schedule is rotating – 7 days/8am – 10pm.
• Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts.

Schedule Hours Per Week: 35.00
Schedule Hours Per Day: 7.00
Schedule Days Per Week: 5.00
