Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments, discharges, advanced directives, and other assigned tasks on a short-term 40-bed sub-acute unit.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Valid New York State LMSW license with NYSED Primary Source Verification (PSV).
• Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience.
• Required: 6 months–1 year of nursing home experience as a social worker.

Additional Information:

• Full-time assignment on a 40-bed sub-acute unit.
• Schedule flexibility: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• No on-call required.
