Job Description

Requirements:

• 2 years of scrub experience on major OR procedures.
• NBSTSA CST Certification – required (no other certifications are acceptable).
• Primary Source Verification – required.
• AHA BLS – required.

Schedule Notes:

• Rotating weekends is a requirement, and workers must report as scheduled including holidays

Schedule Days Per Week: 5.00
