Job Description

Job Summary:

• Responsible for planning and preparing for the surgical procedure and assisting the surgeon.
• Responsible for sterilization of surgical equipment and to assemble scheduled and emergency case carts.

Experience Required: minimum 3 years experience, ENT, GEN, GYN, NEURO/CRANI/SPINE, Client, UROLOGY, VASCULAR, ROBOTICS
Certifications Required: CST

Required Education: High School diploma – Required

Skills:

• NBSTSA required
• 3 years of experience in an operating room setting required
• BLS certification required
• Good communication skills

Schedule note: Days: Weekdays – scheduled days to be determined with individual based on unit requirements
On Call Requirement: 10 call shifts per month including weekends
