Job Description

Position Overview:

• Outpatient Clinic with varied Hospital coverage, responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
• (Outpatient clinic is 2 miles from Hospital.)

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification:

• Nevada State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.

Other:

• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
