Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Registered Respiratory Therapist under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services, Technical Supervisor, Shift Supervisors, provides and administers all aspects of Respiratory Care Therapy and supportive equipment as stated in the Department Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Providing respiratory therapy under medical direction, in the education, treatment, management, & diagnostic evaluation and care of patients in the hospital with deficiencies of the cardiopulmonary system.
Requirements:
- Managing 10-12 ventilators per.
- High school diploma or equivalent. -Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- RRT Through NBRC.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS-AHA.
