Ultrasound Tech – Vascular

Job Description

Requirements:

• BLS
• ARRT – RVT or RVS
• EPIC
• Phillips experience required
• For ABIs, they use Parks
• PACS and Portables
• Arterial Mapping/Graft Studies
• Doppler Studies
• Peripheral Vascular
• Upper/Lower Extremity Venous
• Upper/Lower Extremity Arterial

Preferred:

• Renal Artery Duplex
• Transcranial Doppler
• Renal Artery Duplex

Setting and Study Types:

• Inpatient setting with one outpatient room

Studies performed:

• Carotid
• Lower and upper extremities venous studies
• ABI
• Lower extremities arterial studies (native and graft)
• Vein mapping (upper and lower)
• TCD
• Renal duplex
• Dialysis access graft
• Mesenteric

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have hospital experience
• Must work well with other team members and independently

Additional Info:

• Scrubs are provided

Schedule notes:

• Rotating weekends and shifts
• No call, but includes rotating late shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• One tech floats between the two hospitals from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for stat studies only
• Holidays as needed
