Job Summary:
- Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
- Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient’s well being, and evaluates the patient’s progress.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and analytical. 5. Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.
Preferred Education:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. –
- BLS – American Heart Association.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
- Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Required Skills & Experience:
- One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
