• Number of Beds: 6 bed ICU.
• Patient Ratios: 3:5.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• De-escalation skills, experience with acute adult mental health.
• 2 years of experience.

Type of Patients on Unit:

• Thought disordered, psychotic, personality disorder, manic.

Personality Fit:

• Able to remain calm, professional demeanor.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: NA. Dress is business casual.
• Any unacceptable attire: No ripped jeans, no shorts, not t-shirts or sweatshirts with logos, no open-toed shoes.
