EEG Technician

Job Description

Job Summary:

• ABRET Registered EEG Technologist with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Proficient in collodion method.
• Must be comfortable with all ages including neonatal and pediatric.
• Must be comfortable in intensive care settings.
• On-call rotation required.

Required Certifications:

• MUST BE ABRET REGISTERED IN EEG.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Advanced pediatric experience, ambulatory EEG experience with paste, tape, wrap method.

Preferred Skill Set/Experience:

• Used to fast pace, ability to independently troubleshoot equipment issues with IT and vendor.
• Type of Patients on Unit: All ages.
• Personality Fit: Flexible, independent, and driven.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Any color or pattern.

Years Experience:

• 3 years of experience.
