Job Description

Years of Experience:

• 1 year of minimum experience required.
• Home care experience.

Certifications Required:

• BLS certified.
• Must have Maine OT license.
• Must be up to date with CEU requirements.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: home care.
• Patient Ratios: Average 18-24 patients on case load.
• Equipment: Needs to own their own vehicle.
• EMR: Epic.

Dress Code:

• Required attire: Business casual or scrubs.
• Any unacceptable attire: Not business casual or scrubs.
