Registered Respiratory Therapist

Float Requirements:

• As RRT, some NICU/PICU.
• Acute care pediatrics and ED required as well as adult acute and critical care.

Certifications Required:

• BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU.
• RRT required.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: Varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT.
• Patient Ratios: acute 1:25, critical 1:8.
• EMR: EPIC.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Tertiary, teaching hospital experience, level 1 trauma.

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

• NICU/PICU Caridothoracic.

Type of Patients on Unit:

• varied.

Personality Fit:
