Job Description

Education & Certifications Required:

  • RPSGT Required Preferred RPSGT with RRT AASM ISR program BLS.

Unit Information:

Number of Beds:

  • 4.

Patient Ratios:

  • 1:2 standard, with 1:1 for special needs and complex medical conditions.

Equipment:

  • ResMed, Sentec TcCo2.
  • EMR: Epic

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

  • 3 years minimum RPSGT experience.
  • Preferably with additional RRT credential.
  • Experience with client, ResMed(S9) Epic, Microsoft word and excel.
  • Able to perform Split Night, CPAP/BiLevel, ASV and iVAPS titrations.
  • Ability to score according to AASM current guidelines.
  • Flexibility with scheduling.

Type of Patients on Unit:

  • AASM approved for 13+, primary patient population is adults, including routine and complex pulmonary patients

Personality Fit:

  • Patient focused.
  • Team player, who is flexible with scheduling, products educating and able to teach/train new hires and students.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented.

Dress Code:

  • Scrub Color: Any- clean neat, professional appearance.
  • Any unacceptable attire: no open toe shoes, Finger Nail covering according to client policy.
