Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies during surgeries.
• Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs and passing instruments during procedures.
• Ensure proper equipment setup and patient positioning for procedures.
• Perform endoscopy procedures 1–2 times per week – mandatory.
• Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons for optimal patient care.
• Float to nearby facility (Client) as required.
• Precept new team members when needed.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of recent CST experience – Required.
• NBSTSA Certification – Required (NCCT not accepted).
• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required.
• Endoscopy Experience – Required.
