Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions.
- Provide high-quality patient counseling and care.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support marketing activities with sales staff to strengthen relationships with local providers.
- Train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy technicians and interns.
- Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to execute daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required).
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
- Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) in good standing in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
