Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units.
  • Coordinates the daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in assigned areas.
  • Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services.
  • Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
  • Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience as a technologist. 1 years of supervisory experience, preferred. Efficiency in time management and interpersonal skills
• ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT registry in at least one of
assigned modalities.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS} from American Heart Association
