Job Description

Requirements:

• One (1) year of work experience within the last three (3) years of strongly preferred in the preparation and handling of chemotherapy medications and monitoring of chemotherapy patients.
• Completion of a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent experience providing direct patient care in
• oncology.
• Experience managing patients per CDTM.
• Board certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer skills required for prescription order entry and patient profile review.
