CT Technician

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other medical professional prescribing.
• Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients.
• Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images.
• Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging.
• Examining images to ensure they’re usable.
• Updating patient medical information.
• Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment.
• Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required.

Required:

• Candidate must be above 50 miles from Temecula, CA.
• ARRT License
• Needs to be able to do both CT and x-ray.
• CA State license.
• BLS – AHA.
