Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will be reliable, thorough yet quick, and be comfortable with managing shipping supplies (ice, cooler boxes, gel packs, etc.).”
• Someone who just has Pharm Tech experience in a retail environment will not be a good fit for this role.
• This position is to manage the shipping duties for specialty medications needing delivery.
• Carry up to 10 lbs.
• Stocking fridges with ice.
• Shipping about 100 packages a day (half of them are cold chain packages with ice packs).
• Ordering and putting away shipping supplies.
• Entry level position and willing to train the person.
• Casual environment.
• Able and willing to be on their feet for about half of their shift.

Required Education:

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum Pharmacy Training License for Client
