Radiology Technician

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs radiographic procedures using fixed and mobile radiographic equipment within the hospital environment (i.e., E.R., Main Diagnostic) under the direction of supervisor/manager/Radiologist.
• Works within a team of radiological technologists and other hospital staff to accomplish common objectives of superior customer service and producing great radiographs.

Qualifications:

• X-Ray Tech with OR and Portable ER experience – required.
• 2 years experience – acute care setting required.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current State/District license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required.
• Fluoro Preferred.
