Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs routine and advanced cardiac imaging studies to inpatients and outpatients and the clerical duties associated with these procedures.
• Procedures may be performed on neonatal through geriatric patients in the lab, bedside, ICU, ED and OR.

Requirements:

• Current RCS/RCIS/RCDS/ARDMS required.
• Current BLS certifcation.
• Pediactric experience is highly desirable.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• AART required.
• Current State/District license required RDCS or RCVT required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required in both basic and advanced cardiac imaging procedures.
• Experience with Echocardiology US system and all transducers, including transesophageal, arterial and vascular US experience required.
