Job Summary:

• As a member of an interdisciplinary team provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
• Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
• Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.

Experience:

• Must have acute care experience.

Location Requirement:

• Must live 100 miles away.
