Endoscopy Technician

Job Description

Certifications Required:

• Usually they are SGNA certified.
• Can wash Products and work in the endo room.
• BLS.

Unit Information:

Number of Beds:

• 4 procedure rooms.
• We have a satellite site that has 1 room, newly created and 3 in the hospital ambulatory area/

Patient Ratios: 1-1.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Must be trained in assisting doctors with endo equipment.
• Cleaning Products and troubleshooting equipment.
• We use an ERBE and GI4000 for cautery.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Can wear their own or we also provide in both locations.
